I am Zsuzsi Marinka and I'm the owner and artist of Zsuzsi Family Photography. I graduated at MOME University as a professional photographer, I had exhibitions with my artwork in New York, Helsinki, Barcelona, Berlin, Munich, Luxemburg, and Budapest among others. My photos were presented in Glamour, Elle, TimeOut, Shots Magazines too. I have been working in my profession more than 10 years.
During my studies, it became clear to me that I would like to bring the artistic worldview and the related professional imagery to everyday people as well. I believe in that anyone can have a professional quality work of art of themselves.
Art is in my everyday life, I can express thoughts and emotions through it. It brings curiosity, discovery and a lot of beauty to my life. During my work, I want to share with others what I see through my camera: the beauty in small details, colours, movements.
My business was born from the connection between my art studies and my curiosity about people. I believe that connection is one of the most important thing in our lives, which is why I photograph human stories.
Every family is unique and special. I constantly keep this uniqueness in mind when taking photos. When Im doing the sessions, I strive to make the experience comfortable, enjoyable and authentic for everyone.
When I am working with people, I see families and seeing how they are being as a whole. Small moments that not only bring beauty to my eyes, but also I feel things in my heart when your newborn baby snuggles up to you, or I see the joy in the mother's eyes when her teenage child really hugs her again. I feel these things with you and I think that you feel them again through my photos.
The photos will not only be defining memories that the next generation can see, but they will also be a picture for you, through which you can see the beauty and depth of your everyday life.
